2468 Group is recruiting for a Field Operations Supervisor to join our Watercooler Division, based from our office in Southampton.
Role Overview:
The Field Operations Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and the key responsibility for the role is to deliver best in class across the following areas:
- Plan & co-ordinate the daily route plans of 10 watercooler technicians to achieve required service level demands.
- Provide leadership and be the day-to-day contact for your team members.
- Conduct Quality Audits of works carried out by your team.
- Deliver training to your team.
- Perform site visits & deliver excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be required to have excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills.

Experience:
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in a plumbing/watercooler environment
- A self-starter
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and have good IT Skills
- Experience in building relationships & engaging with customers

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy working to deadlines & driven to achieve excellent results
