Field Operator Supervisor (Water Cooler Services) – Southampton

2468 Group is recruiting for a Field Operations Supervisor to join our Watercooler Division, based from our office in Southampton.

Role Overview:

The Field Operations Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and the key responsibility for the role is to deliver best in class across the following areas:

• Plan & co-ordinate the daily route plans of 10 watercooler technicians to achieve required service level demands.
• Provide leadership and be the day-to-day contact for your team members.
• Conduct Quality Audits of works carried out by your team.
• Deliver training to your team.
• Perform site visits & deliver excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be required to have excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5+ years experience in a plumbing/watercooler environment
• A self-starter
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and have good IT Skills
• Experience in building relationships & engaging with customers
