Role Overview:

We are seeking a Relief Vending Operator to join our expanding team. In this dynamic role, you will cover a broad area, supporting multiple routes by filling in for operators on holiday or leave. The role requires flexibility with location and overnight stays, for which all expenses will be covered.

You’ll be an essential part of our field operations, ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Operations: Cover operator holidays and absences across various routes, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Machine Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day maintenance and stock replenishment of vending machines at assigned sites.
  • Customer Service: Build positive relationships with clients, responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues proactively.
  • Team Mentorship: Train, audit, and mentor other team members, sharing best practices to ensure quality service.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold all Health & Safety standards across your areas of responsibility.
  • Sales Optimisation: Spot opportunities to drive sales and improve product placement.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight when required.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a field-based, customer-facing role (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours, overnight stays, and location flexibility.
  • Full, clean driving license.
