2468 is built on teams and our people supporting our customers’ people. We have a loyal and dedicated team, we reward loyalty and continue to add to our talent. Our People and Culture programme reflects our investment in our people, in a ‘Plan of 20’. Through this each member of staff participates in twenty meaningful meetings or events over each year, comprising personal coaching, development sessions, as well as team events. Each staff member works on clear tracks and targets, their own ‘High 5’ and is supported through a personal development plan.
Our staff operating from different bases, and on the road are continually connected through our internal communications platform – Workplace – via web and mobile devices. Our virtual workplace allows us to connect as if in the next – or the same room, and we share insights, training materials, successes and updates. Workplace has hosted many fun, yet competitive events, such as our annual Christmas Jumper competition, our Steps challenge, our Great British & Irish Bake Off and even a Baby Photo competition!
We have fun and celebrate success. Sure why not? Having fun together is important in 2468. We celebrate the wins – both big and little. We celebrate milestones – Birthdays, Anniversaries, St. Patricks Day, Easter, Christmas and everything in between. We have Summer Days out packed with fun activities like bowling, go karting and family fortune styles quiz days!
