We are looking for a Coffee and Vending Operator to provide crucial support in the Crawley area. The Coffee and Vending Operator will maintain coffee and vending machines, boost sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role offers a great mix of independence and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards for all machines.
- Replenish, merchandise, and maintain machines to drive sales.
- Train and mentor team members, conducting spot checks and audits.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
- Maintain company vans, keeping them clean and safe.
About You:
- Passionate about customer service and teamwork.
- Proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to travel across multiple locations with flexibility.
- Experience with vending or similar roles is a plus – full training provided.
