Graduate Operations Manager

2468 Group is always on the lookout for ambitious Graduate Operations Managers.

Our services include coffee, water, snacking and washroom while also supporting our customers design & build the break out spaces where our products & services are consumed. Responsibilities include:

• Implement Customer Experience Strategy.
• Workflow Management for Field Based Team.
• Provide Support for Install Team.
• Operational Commercial & Efficiency Reviews.
• Support On-Going Improvement Projects.

Knowledge, skills & experience

We’ll need you to have a Level 8 Honours Degree, together with some or all of the following skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Process driven.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• A hands-on mentality to solve all operational challenges.
• Good leadership qualities, and an appetite to participate in the future growth of 2468.
