About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Retail Operations Manager to join the business. As the Retail Operations Manager in the North you be based out of our Warrington depot where you will play a key role in leading and optimising the day-to-day operations of our vending retail team. You will work closely with senior management and have the autonomy to implement strategic initiatives that drive productivity, revenue, and team development. This position would be ideal for someone with strong retail or purchasing experience, combined with solid business acumen, good geographical knowledge and a desire to progress their career within a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Warrington vending retail team, providing support, coaching, and development to drive performance.
- Implement business operational strategies that align with company growth objectives.
- Oversee daily route planning to maximise revenue and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain high business standards for accuracy, productivity, and service reliability.
- Uphold our quality and customer satisfaction standards through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance team environment that encourages engagement, open communication, and teamwork.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, retail management, or a similar role where business acumen is key.
